Cristina was a referral from a friend. I reached out to her via FB in October and she responded within 24 hours. She offered to sit down with us during a place and time of our choosing. Initially we were hesitant if we actually wanted to sell. At no time did Cristina pressure us or make us feel  uncomfortable in our decision making. When we finally decided to proceed in November, Cristina was right there again within 24 hours. She was very thorough from the beginning. From there it was smooth sailing.
